白茶、緑茶、ウーロン茶、紅茶、そしてプーアル茶、これらは全て同じたった１種の植物、カメリア・シネンシスから作られます。今回のレクチャーではどうして１つの植物の同じ葉から、このように違ったお茶を作ることが可能なのかについてお話します。

White Tea, Green Tea, Oolong Tea, Black Tea, and Pu Erh are all made from the leaves of the same plant, Camellia Sinensis.  This talk will explore how it is possible to make such different kinds of tea from the same leaves of one plant.
